A New Jersey native, Nicole attended Rutgers University where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors for a double major in Theatre Arts and Psychology.
Upon graduating, Nicole moved to Jersey City to continue in her pursuit of a career in the performing arts. In need of a steady income, she began working in the hospitality field as a Guest Services Associate with Bliss Spa at the W Hotel in Hoboken. From there, Nicole relocated to Boston, Massachusetts and began working with the James Beard Award-Winning Barbara Lynch Gruppo as a server and bartender at the group’s nationally acclaimed European Wine Bar, The Butcher Shop. This position fostered the birth and ultimate growth of her passions related to food, wine, and hospitality, with her tenure at The Butcher Shop culminating with her promotion to Service Manager.
Most recently, Nicole held the position of Events Manager for 9 at Home, a high-end boutique catering division within the group, where she was responsible for the planning and execution of events ranging from intimate cocktail and dinner parties in the private homes of clients to large scale corporate gatherings with companies such as First Republic Bank, Tourneau, and Google.
Nicole and her husband reside at the shore in Monmouth County with their dog Moses. She is a seasoned runner and loves a good raw bar and all manifestations of chocolate. She is honored to be a part of the Ome Caterers team and looks forward to working with clients to create truly memorable events.
