John is a distinguished professional with nearly 20 years of hospitality and catering experience, preceded by a successful decade in retail business and customer service. John's journey began at NYU, where he earned a degree in Management and Marketing. His career took off as a waiter, expertly executing social and corporate events at various cultural centers, event halls, and offices throughout NYC. His dedication and skill swiftly propelled him to the roles of Event Coordinator and Catering Manager for Flik/Compass Group.

For the past four years, John has excelled as the Catering Director for Eurest at SAP Hudson Yards in New York. During the pandemic shutdown, he also took on the role of lead culinary video, social media, and virtual event producer, showcasing his adaptability and innovative spirit.

John's friendly and enthusiastic style is the hallmark of his approach. He thrives on building trusting relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork.

A proud native of Queens, NY, and lifelong Mets fan, John has called New Jersey home for the past 17 years, where he resides with his wife, daughter, and three dogs. John's passions extend beyond his professional life; he is an avid music enthusiast, guitarist, FAA-licensed drone pilot, bicyclist, hiker, and fervent motorsports and Formula 1 fan.
