Chef Brian's culinary journey began under the tutelage of Chef Raymond Blanc at the esteemed Two Michelin Star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in the UK, where he honed his skills to meet the exacting standards of Michelin-level cuisine. Upon returning to the US, Chef Brian, at age of 24, found himself thrust into the culinary limelight as the Sous Chef at DANIEL, the iconic Three Michelin Star restaurant helmed by Chef Daniel Boulud in New York City.
Building on this impressive foundation, Chef Brian ascended to Executive Chef at renowned establishments such as Daniel Boulud's db Bistro Moderne, ACME in NoHo, and The Sixty Thompson Hotel. His culinary journey extended to Italy, where he contributed his expertise to Chef Giancarlo Perbellini's Two Michelin Star restaurant, Perbellini. Notably, Chef Brian was invited to host two exclusive dinners at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City, earning him well-deserved recognition as one of Zagat's 30 under 30.
